Lisa Mann is the Managing Director of Raines’ Consumer practice. She brings her experience as an operator and marketer at best-in-class consumer packaged goods companies to the world of executive search. Having spent over 25 years in the industry, Mann knows how these companies work and is passionate about helping consumer-centric companies find the Difference Makers™ needed to drive lasting change. Mann is also Raines’ Chief Marketing Officer.
Lisa Mann is an accomplished leader of enterprise transformation as well as an industry leading marketer known for building brands that have become part of the fabric of our culture and society. Mann has a strong track record of driving revenue growth and shareholder value from businesses ranging from start-up to $50BN. Prior to Raines, she was the former Global President of the $7B PepsiCo Global Nutrition Category and EVP and CMO of KIND Healthy Snacks. Mann also held several leadership roles at Kraft Foods/Mondelez International including Senior Vice President of the $3B Global Gum Category and Vice President of the iconic $2B Nabisco cookie portfolio (Oreo, Chips Ahoy!, etc.), where she busted the myth that Oreo and Chips Ahoy! could not grow revenue and market share at the same time.
