Bonin Bough is a marketing executive recognized for his work at the intersection of technology, brand innovation, and digital media. Bough holds the distinction of being the youngest C-suite executive at a Fortune 50 company and has contributed to consumer packaged goods brands such as Mondelez and PepsiCo before founding the growth accelerator Bonin Ventures. He executed deals with startups such as Foursquare and launched several corporate startup accelerators. During his time at Mondelez International, Bough managed over $3 billion in media spend, ranking among the largest media buyers globally. He has played a key role in the growth of brands including Oreo, Cadbury, Pepsi, Gatorade, and Frito-Lay.
As chief growth officer of SheaMoisture, Bough contributed to significant business growth, leading to the company's acquisition by Unilever. He also served as chief growth officer at Triller, a global social media platform, overseeing revenue and marketing initiatives. Bough is co-founder and chief strategy officer of Group Black, an ecosystem of Black-owned media brands, and serves as co-founder and advisor at Lockstep Ventures, supporting diversity in media ownership and investment.
