Tanya Menon Biography
Tanya Menon is an organizational psychologist and professor of management and human resources at Fisher College of Business, Ohio State University. Menon earned a bachelor's degree in sociology from Harvard University and a PhD from Stanford Graduate School of Business. She has received multiple teaching awards at both Ohio State and the University of Chicago, where she previously served as associate professor. Menon's academic credentials include a Stanford PhD, a Fisher College professorship, and a role as associate editor at Management Science, establishing her as a recognized voice in organizational behavior and management research.
Menon speaks, writes, and consults on collaboration, with research focusing on how individuals think about relationships and the habits that foster positive connections. Menon's research on decision making, influence, culture, teams, and networks has been cited in media outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, Boston Globe, The Economist Intelligence Unit, The Times of London, The Guardian, and The Times of India. She has also served as associate editor of the Journal of Management Science and was an American Marshall Memorial Fellow.
