Sarah Hofstetter is a digital marketing and e-commerce executive with more than two decades of experience driving growth and transformation across the technology, media, and consumer products industries. Hofstetter began her career at Net2Phone, an early provider of VoIP technology, where she held senior leadership roles for nearly 10 years. She later founded Kayak Communications, a marketing agency specializing in brand strategy and communications for new media brands.
Hofstetter spent 13 years at digital advertising agency 360i, serving as chairwoman and CEO. During her tenure, she expanded the agency’s offerings from search engine marketing to social media and full-service digital marketing, supporting brands such as OREO, Nestlé, HBO, and Absolut. Under her leadership, 360i was recognized by Ad Age as one of the top 10 national advertising agencies and was featured on the cover of Adweek as Breakthrough Media Agency of the Year. The agency received awards for digital innovation at Cannes, The CLIOs, New York Festivals, The One Show, and The Shorty Awards.
Following her time at 360i, Hofstetter served as president of Comscore, Inc., a global information and analytics company measuring consumer audiences and advertising across media platforms. She then became president of Profitero, a global e-commerce SaaS analytics company providing brand manufacturers with insights to accelerate online sales. At Profitero, she led the company’s growth and helped facilitate its acquisition by Publicis. Hofstetter has also served as a director of Kenvue and is a member of the board of directors of Campbell Soup Company.
Hofstetter’s industry leadership has been recognized by Advertising Age's "40 Under 40," Adweek 50, Adweek Power 100, and the Word of Mouth Marketing Hall of Fame. She was named one of She Runs It's Women of the Year, honoring leaders in marketing, media, and technology. She has also served as a senior advisor at Boston Consulting Group, leveraging her expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, and technology strategy.
In addition to her executive roles, Hofstetter is a public voice on e-commerce and marketing strategy.
