Jeremi Gorman is a digital advertising and streaming media executive recognized for her role in shaping Netflix's entry into the advertising market. As president of worldwide advertising at Netflix, Gorman led the launch and expansion of the company's ad-supported subscription tier, including a partnership with Microsoft as Netflix's exclusive ad technology and sales partner. Under her leadership, Netflix Basic With Ads launched in the United States and 11 other countries, reaching nearly 5 million subscribers on the ad-supported plan within the first six months.
Before joining Netflix, Gorman served as chief business officer at Snap Inc., overseeing global revenue, partnerships, and business development. At Snap, she restructured the sales team and implemented vertical-specific strategies, contributing to significant revenue growth. Gorman also collaborated with brands such as Universal and CW on augmented reality campaigns using Snapchat filters.
Gorman's earlier experience includes six years at Amazon, where she was head of North American advertising sales for Amazon Media Group and led the entertainment vertical for the North American business, covering theatrical, home entertainment, TV, music, and gaming. She began her career in digital media with roles at Monster.com, Variety.com, and Yahoo!, working with global financial service advertisers. Gorman has more than 20 years of experience in digital media, marketing, advertising, and entertainment.
Following her time at Netflix, Gorman became chief revenue officer of Fanatics Advertising, overseeing cross-platform marketing and brand partnerships that connect brands with sports fans across content, commerce, and live experiences.
