What happens when Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z all share a Slack channel—and no one’s talking? In this high-energy keynote, generational futurist Ryan Vet unpacks the 7 pillars that shape each generation—religion, education, sex, politics, economics, communication, and technology—and reveals the patterns leaders can use to turn tension into teamwork. Attendees learn how to improve retention and morale, communicate across values, and create cultures where every generation feels seen and engaged.
The future feels uncertain—but it’s more predictable than it looks. Drawing from decades of cultural data and real-world leadership experience, Ryan Vet shows how repeating generational patterns can help leaders anticipate change instead of reacting to it. This keynote equips executives and managers with a simple framework to navigate disruption, align teams around a shared purpose, and make better decisions in an age of AI, rapid tech shifts, and shifting employee expectations.
Based on his USA TODAY bestselling book "Speak Goodr: Confessions of a Professional Speaker on Mastering Public Speaking and Getting Paid to Speak," Ryan Vet demystifies what it takes to communicate with clarity, confidence, and authenticity—whether you’re on a stage, in a boardroom, or on Zoom. Attendees leave with practical tools to structure messages that stick, connect with any audience, and communicate across generations without losing their voice.
I enjoyed Ryan because he told us about his exciting life and made me want to do the same. "Like it,Tweet it,Sell it" was a great workshop because it told us how social networking could really help a business. Thank you Ryan

Ryan spoke at a workshop for middle school student council members and their advisers, speaking in ways that both audiences were able to relate and understand. Ryan Vet gave excellent speeches and he provides lots of examples. Ryan sculpted his speeches to incorporate the workshops theme but still express the topics clearly.

Ryan Vet is a young insightful speaker. Being able to give personal life experiences while still touching on key points of leadership qualities. His age allows him to connect with a young audience as well as a more seasoned crowd. I would recommend Ryan to any organization in need of a speaker as influential as he is.
