Linda Findley Biography
Linda Findley, who assumed the role of President, Chief Executive Officer, and board member at Sleep Number on April 7, 2025, is a seasoned leader with deep expertise in managing consumer brands that integrate digital and physical experiences. Before joining Sleep Number, she was President, CEO, and Director of Blue Apron Holdings from 2019 to 2024, where she led a successful turnaround that culminated in the company’s sale in September 2023.
Prior to her time at Blue Apron, Findley served as Chief Operating Officer at Etsy from 2016 to 2018, overseeing product, design, marketing, customer engagement, and expansion into new markets—efforts that significantly enhanced Etsy's growth and global reach. Her earlier roles include senior executive positions at Evernote (2012 to 2015), where she most recently served as COO, and an international leadership role at Alibaba.com in Hong Kong (2009 to 2012), managing global marketing, business development, and customer service.
Beyond her operational roles, Findley has been a board director at Ralph Lauren since August 2018 and began serving as board chair for HeliosX in February 2025. She holds a master’s degree in journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications from Elon University.
