James M. Citrin is an executive recruiter and recognized authority on leadership, CEO succession, and corporate governance. Citrin leads Spencer Stuart's CEO Practice and co-leads the firm's Board Practice. Over more than 25 years with the firm, he has worked with clients on more than 850 CEO, board director, and top management searches and succession assignments. Throughout his career, Citrin has interviewed over 14,000 candidates.
