Dan Harris is an author, journalist, and podcast host with a career in broadcast news and mindfulness. Harris served as an anchor and correspondent for ABC News, hosting programs such as "Nightline," and reporting from Afghanistan, Iraq, Haiti, Cambodia, and the Amazon.
