With more than 15 years of experience in personal development and leadership, Lewis focuses on helping individuals and organizations enhance performance by prioritizing well-being, mental fitness, and authentic engagement. Lewis is a best-selling author and contributed to "The Missing Piece in Forgiveness: Overcoming the Impossible," sharing how personal tragedy influenced her commitment to mental wellness and resilience. Her professional background includes senior leadership roles such as director of health center operations and HR training at National Association of Community Health Centers and chief operating officer at Community Integrated Management Services.
