Tye Farley is a New York City-based crisis expert, behavioral profiler, and political strategist with extensive experience in the political, legal, and celebrity sectors. Farley began his entrepreneurial journey early, launching his first company at age 11 and selling it with two partners for $11.7 million by age 16. Prior to his work in crisis management, Farley served in the United States Navy. Following his honorable discharge, he established a crisis management firm that provided crisis communications and risk management services to members of the Department of Defense and numerous high-profile law firms nationwide.
Farley serves as managing partner of Farley, Calderon + Associates LLC, a crisis management firm based in New York City. The firm addresses crisis communications challenges including mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property litigation, corporate positioning, criminal investigations, and diversity issues. Farley has advised clients such as Chanel on security and risk management planning. His client roster includes representation of Deric Lostutter, known for involvement in the Steubenville, Ohio case; Ramsey Orta, who filmed the Eric Garner incident in New York; and crisis management for Raz B during public controversy involving Chris Brown.
Farley is a member of the Forbes Business Council in New York, contributing insights on crisis preparedness and brand protection.
