Randy Pennington is author of the award-winning books "Results Rule!" and "Make Change Work." His insights have appeared in Fast Company, Entrepreneur, The New York Times, and many professional/trade association journals, and as a contributor to the Huffington Post. His expertise has made him a respected guest commentator with appearances on CNN, PBS, Fox News, the ABC Radio Network, and the BBC.
Pennington's background is a unique blend of line, staff, and consulting experiences ranging from hourly employee to senior management. He holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Psychology and has completed postgraduate work in Organization Administration and Management. He has been involved in helping organizations deliver positive results in a world of accelerating change for over 20 years, serving clients like Alabama Power Company, Motorola, and Sprint.
In addition to his writing and media appearances, Pennington has been an adjunct instructor at the Cox Business Leadership Center at Southern Methodist University since 1991, where he has earned 21 Teaching Excellence Awards. He was also inducted into the National Speakers Association Speaker Hall of Fame in 2009 and is a past Chairman of the Board for both the American Heart Association, Texas Affiliate, and the National Speakers Association Foundation Board of Trustees.
