He also has served as Associate Director of Marketing Sciences for BBDO Worldwide, Vice President for new product development at The BASES Group (now ACNielsen BASES). He is the author of "High Performance Marketing: Bringing Method to the Madness of Marketing" (Dearborn Trade Press: Chicago, 2005), a frequent contributor to marketing and business publications, and has taught at The University of California, Berkeley.
