Laura Delizonna Biography
Laura Delizonna is an organizational psychologist trained at Harvard and Boston University, a Stanford University instructor, executive coach, and culture consultant specializing in positive psychology, neuroscience, and leadership development. A former researcher at Harvard and Stanford, Delizonna has served as a Stanford instructor in leadership and life optimization for nearly two decades and has published four books. Her courses in emotional intelligence, social intelligence, and happiness are among the most popular in Stanford University's Continuing Studies Department. Delizonna earned her doctorate in clinical psychology and drew on her experience as a therapist treating individuals with depression and anxiety to develop a practical, science-based approach to human flourishing.
Delizonna is the founder of Choosing Happiness, an educational platform focused on sustainable well-being for individuals and organizations. She has served as chief learning officer at Wisdom Labs and as a researcher at Stanford School of Medicine, developing and delivering programs rooted in neuroscience, positive psychology, mindfulness, and organizational management.
