Hoffman is a regular panelist at national real estate, mortgage, and other business conferences., and often appears on local and national television, and imprint media, such as ABC's Nightline, Primetime with Diane Sawyer, Fox News, and the Wall Street Journal etc.

Hoffman and his wife, Jessica live in Marvin, North Carolina with their two boys; Kane and Knox.
