Brett Francis Biography
Brett Francis is a keynote speaker, mental health advocate, best-selling author, and entrepreneur whose personal experience with neurological and mental health challenges forms the foundation of her career. Diagnosed with Tourette syndrome and severe ADHD at age 6, Francis later received diagnoses of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and panic disorder. She began her professional speaking career at age 20, using her lived experience to address mental health stigma and disability awareness.
Francis has navigated Tourette syndrome, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, panic disorder, chronic pain, and multiple spine surgeries. Her work focuses on mental health education, disability inclusion, and resilience. She is the author of "Not Broken: How to Overcome Mental Health Challenges and Unlock Your Full Potential," and hosts the "Still Standing" podcast as well as the TV series "Breaking The Barriers." Her "Not Broken® Radio" show is broadcast on stations worldwide and has reached a large online audience. Francis has also launched a mental health clothing line to promote open discussion about mental health and disabilities.
As a keynote speaker and trainer, Francis has partnered with corporations, government agencies, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, and nonprofits throughout North America.
