Max Siegel Biography
Renowned sports and entertainment executive Max Siegel became the fourth CEO of USA Track & Field in 2012. During his tenure, he led the world’s #1 athletics team to unprecedented financial growth, programmatic evolution and inclusive representation, generating over $600 million in revenue and expanding the annual budget to a record $40 million.
Siegel’s achievements at USATF further complement a more than 30-year track record of competitive success in sports and entertainment, including a successful stint as President of Global Operations at Dale Earnhardt Inc., where he made history in 2007 as the highest-ranking African American executive in NASCAR. Siegel is also the owner of Rev Racing since 2010, and led NASCAR’s Drive for Diversity (D4D) program to recruit and develop more multicultural and female talent to motorsport.
The first African American to graduate with honors from Notre Dame Law School, Siegel is also an accomplished author and film producer.
