With over three decades of experience, Loren Lahav is more than just a coach – she’s a force of nature. As a mom, wife, entrepreneur, author, philanthropist, and international thought leader, Lahav knows what it takes to balance it all and still show up as your best self. Whether she’s lighting up the stage or speaking to 160,000 people on Zoom, she has a way of connecting deeply with every single person in the room.
Lahav’s journey began with the lessons learned from her extraordinary mother, Arlene. A thrifting queen and a master at finding value where others saw none, Arlene taught her daughter the power of resilience, resourcefulness, and seeing potential in everything. From waking up at 5 AM to scour flea markets to adapting her entrepreneurial spirit during the challenges of COVID-19, Arlene’s eye for hidden treasures shaped Lahav’s perspective on life and business.
