Kathleen Ross is a Chief Marketing Officer and award-winning creative leader with more than 15 years of experience building brands. An innovative and decorated creative marketer, Ross's career accolades include a Gold Addy Award and a Dieline Award for luxury packaging. She has had the pleasure of working with some of the world's most iconic brands while leading the marketing team for Modern Luxury, including Oscar de la Renta, Vera Wang, and Kettle One.
She has worked with every major US retailer, from Macy's to Neiman Marcus, when she managed the in-house agency for The Richline Group, A Berkshire Hathaway Company. She achieved great success in her previous roles as the Global Vice President of Brand Marketing & Communications of Monat Global and helped grow the brand to be the #1 Premium Haircare Brand in the world; and as the CMO of Sugarbear Vitamin care.
While dedicated to her career, Ross is also committed to her philanthropic pursuits, serving on the See The World Education board and volunteering for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
In 2022, Ross launched Style Your Career™, a company focused on providing education to create the next generation of great creative leaders. Style Your Career started as a passion project in 2017 and has now blossomed into a seminar series for college students and, coming soon in January 2023 an event series intended to refine the outdated concept of job fairs.
