After sparking his career at the iconic Capitol Records, he honed his skills at the renowned SBV Talent Agency, booking voiceover actors for major television network campaigns such as NBC and ABC's Soapnet. At VH1, Richardson's portfolio expanded to include casting for iconic shows like the "Behind The Music" series and "I Love The 2000's".
The formation of independent music group SayReal culminated after Richardson co-facilitated the musical talent for the #LoveIsLove brand activation with Absolut Vodka. Their national touring success and radio acclaim earned them recognition at the Hollywood Music in Media Awards, solidifying their status as "LA’s Hottest New Band" named by major press outlets.
