Bring your team together and inspire them dynamically
Team-building keynote speaker Greg Bennick helps teams focus, come together, and grow stronger through keynote presentations and trainings at conferences and association meetings worldwide.
This is a keynote about the team, and how when people focus, they amplify their output.
For the last three decades, Greg has traveled the world studying what people want most. He's come to know that people need to matter and to feel that they are part of something meaningful.
“Greg takes big concepts and makes them fun and totally accessible." - Jason Silva, National Geographic’s Brain Games
When we have a shared sense of purpose and meaning from what we do, and when we know that our work matters, it is like high octane fuel for teamwork.
Some key takeaways from the Build a Better Now® keynote:
Lessons in what we learn about success from the process and mistakes we experience together every day
Greg Bennick is a juggler who is fascinated by gravity as a metaphor: by dropping objects he learns constantly to manage failure. What do we learn about success from seemingly constant failures? The Seattle Times called him “A juggler of objects and concepts” and went on to say, “A juggler and inspirational speaker: it'd be hard for anybody to balance such extremes, but Bennick seems to do it with grace.”
What do you learn about success from a path where the journey is filled with mistakes? For a juggler, there is no escaping gravity. Along the way Greg has learned about focus and creative courage, facing picking objects up and continuing on even when the path doesn’t seem clear. “Fail better,” a phrase often taken from Samuel Beckett’s writings about failing again and again and again, is a great image to use when connected with juggling.
Change is an inevitability, and as long as we are in the right mindset, we will be ready for anything and prepared to take action. As a juggler for almost thirty years, Greg is an expert at change: every ball flies in a different direction. How do we manage change? What perspectives to we need? Using laughter and entertainment as a vehicle, Greg delivers answers to these important questions in his incredible keynote.
Learning points include new perspectives on ‘dropping the ball’™ and failure; how to continue even in the midst of setbacks; and perspectives on the creative process itself and the peaks and valleys it brings.
Perfect for any group looking to enhance positive mental attitude among their team members
How to find our voice and inspire others to help make the world a better place
Want to change the world in which you work and live but aren’t sure how? Want to transform your workplace environment and implement new ideas? Learn how one line from the movie “Raiders of the Lost Ark” inspired a lifetime of creativity and action even amidst self-doubt. Learn about failing better, growing together, and making dreams a reality. Let's look at the roadblocks which prevent those things from happening and then blast through them.
This keynote is for those who want to leave the world better than how they found it. Greg follows up his words about WHY and HOW you can get involved with making the world a better place...with solid actions.
He is the founder of One Hundred For Haiti, a humanitarian relief and development organization focusing on supporting Haitian-led development projects around clean water and building houses. In this position he learned that listening creates every possibility for leadership and success.
Greg's ideas and creative work have been seen on ALL seven continents (a claim that very few if any other speakers can make), and in dozens of countries for tens of thousands of people.
His work globally has inspired thousands, and can do the same for your group.
Perfect for any group with a CSR focus, those interested in change and transformation, for any group inspired to help transform the lives of others for the better, non-profits, corporate social responsibility events...and also for colleges/universities
It has been my pleasure to hire Greg Bennick for all sorts of different private & corporate events, beginning in 1995, up to date as I write in 2010.
Greg has hosted high-level Awards Ceremonies and Auctions, MC'd team building events, sporting events, corporate events & picnics, has spoken about his team philosophies and motivations to large and small groups, and has created personalized stage shows for just as many, and varied clients.
Greg is my 'go to' guy for any sort of creative idea I may need to present to my clients, ranging from how to best capture a 'jaded' audience, to how to creatively entertain guests as they wait to enter an event, to how to create a fun and engaging team-building experience, to how to create a group piece of art - the ideas just keep coming if you give him a chance to brainstorm with you!
If you take the chance to speak with Greg Bennick about your next function, large or small, you won't come away disappointed. I can't wait for the opportunity to work with him again!
