A rock show disguised as a keynote. There are musician speakers. There are neuroscience speakers. There is no one else anywhere doing what Mark and Heather do together, on the same stage, as one experience. 60–90 minutes · live drums · concert energy · full audience participation.
Mark has performed for more than a billion people on the world's biggest stages: drummer for P!NK, Cher, Billy Idol, Stevie Nicks, and Foreigner. Heather is the NeuroPerformance Architect behind CRED, built on 3,500+ independent studies. Together they don't talk about performing under pressure. They put the whole room inside it.
This isn't a keynote your audience watches. It's one they're inside of. Live drumming that makes the audience feel the difference between survival mode and real impact, in their own bodies. Partner exercises. Neuroscience moments they can feel, not just understand. They don't discover CRED from a slide deck. They discover it from inside their own experience — and they leave the room having already become what they came to hear about: Everyday Rockstars.
Mark Schulman isn't a speaker who performs. He's a performer who transformed three decades of world-stage mastery into the most electrifying keynote in the business. As a legendary drummer for some of the biggest artists on the planet, Mark has performed for over a billion people. But he doesn’t just play the hits; he decodes the mindset that created them. His keynotes combine live drumming, iconic music medleys from the artists he's toured with, and insider stories from 30 years on the world's biggest stages — all in service of one powerful truth: your attitude drives your behavior, and your behavior determines every outcome. Mark doesn't just talk about performance. He demonstrates it. This is not a lecture. This is a rock show disguised as a keynote, built on Mark's proprietary Attitude Equation — ATTITUDE × BEHAVIOR = CONSEQUENCE.
Rhythm. Creativity. Collaboration. Performance. The ultimate team-building experience.
Teams are split into bands and handed a Rockstar Rewrite Kit: the verse and chorus of a legendary, instantly recognizable song. Each group rewrites the lyrics around their real work — shared challenges, wins, the human side of leadership. Then they take the stage and perform it, lyrics projected on the big screen, in front of the whole room.
This high-energy, hands-on workshop turns attendees from audience into active participants. Mark and Heather guide the room from listening to doing — and the room does the rest.
Mark was fantastic and energized our crowd to new record-breaking fundraising totals! I appreciate everyone's attention to detail from beginning to end. Thanks!!

Mark was great! He was super easy to work with and very entertaining. We've gotten a ton of great feedback. He hit all the marks for what we were looking for in a town hall speaker.
