Dr. Bobbi Wegner is a Harvard psychologist, entrepreneur, and international speaker who helps leaders and organizations build healthy, high-performing teams.
She is the Founder & CEO of Groops, a psychology-driven platform that combines assessments, group coaching, and AI-powered insights to help scaling companies strengthen team cohesion, leadership alignment, and organizational health. Groops is currently supported by Harvard’s Institute of Quantitative Social Science, where Dr. Wegner is a faculty founder in the 2025 Foundry cohort, building the first AI “Team Psychologist Co-Pilot” to measure and improve collaboration in real time.
As a lecturer in Organizational Psychology and Management at Harvard University’s Division of Professional Development and Executive Education, Dr. Wegner teaches large courses on motivation, team psychology, and applied coaching for leaders. She also lectures in Human Development and Education at Harvard’s Graduate School of Education.
