Ashley Randolph is a nationally respected maternal and neonatal health equity leader, author and executive director with more than a decade of experience advocating for families impacted by premature birth and NICU hospitalization. She serves as executive director of GLO Preemies and the Alliance for Black NICU Families and is the author of the book, "Black, Pregnant and Shamed."

A three-time NICU mother and founder of GLO Preemies and the Alliance for Black NICU Families, Randolph bridges lived experience with systems-level leadership.
