Yvette Durazo, MA, PCC, is a skilled negotiator, mediator, and instructor with over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors.
She currently teaches courses in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Human Resource Management, and Alternative Dispute Resolution at institutions like UC Santa Cruz Silicon Valley Extension and UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education. Durazo's diverse background includes roles such as ADR Program Administrator for the Superior Court of California, Alameda County, and executive committee member at the Alameda County Bar Association ADR Section.
