Ross Douthat is an Opinion columnist for The New York Times, where his column appears every Tuesday and Sunday. Douthat also co-hosts the weekly Opinion podcast "Matter of Opinion." Prior to joining The New York Times, he served as a senior editor at The Atlantic and contributed as a blogger to its website.
