Pete Honsberger brings a uniquely energetic, thoughtful, and relatable style to his speaking engagements, corporate training and virtual sessions. Drawing on experience as a small business partner, Fortune 500 team building facilitator, and a former collegiate athlete/coach, Honsberger helps company teams and emerging leaders genuinely improve their performance.
Honsberger specializes in high-energy team development training, business coaching, and speaking. He has over a decade of facilitation and speaking experience, helping teams at all levels improve their relationships, alignment, and productivity. Prior to CultureShoc, Honsberger coached high school basketball and managed a team of 20+ as a collegiate Assistant Sports Information Director.
Honsberger is the author of "Wedding Toasts 101: The Guide to the Perfect Wedding Speech" (Simon & Schuster). He is the play-by-play broadcasting voice of Community Focus Television Sports. Honsberger was also a recipient of the Cleveland 25 Under 35 Movers & Shakers Award.
He holds a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Communications from John Carroll University, where he was a defensive back for the JCU football team. In his free time, Honsberger enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter at their home in the Cleveland area, as well as exercising and writing.
