Miguel Garza is the co-founder and CEO of Siete Family Foods, a Mexican-American food brand he helped build from a single almond flour tortilla into a nationally recognized company. A graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, Garza remained in Austin after earning his degree and, inspired by the entrepreneurial culture, joined his sister Veronica to turn a family health solution into a business. Veronica adopted a grain-free diet to manage symptoms of multiple autoimmune conditions and developed an almond flour tortilla that became popular within the local Hispanic community, marking the start of Siete Family Foods.
Since its launch with the almond flour tortilla in a Texas retailer, Siete Family Foods expanded to become a leading Latin-focused brand in the food and beverage industry.
