Kathy Kaehler is a celebrity trainer, author, columnist, and mother. She has devoted her life to helping people live healthy and productive lives. A prolific and best-selling author, Kaehler has tackled issues specific to teens, pre and post pregnancy moms, and menopausal women. She has written six books including "Teenage Fitness", "Kathy Kaehler's Celebrity Workouts", and the bestsellers "Real World Fitness" and "Fit and Sexy for Life".
