Jeff Dye Biography
Jeff Dye is a nationally touring comedian, actor, and host. He was a finalist on the sixth season of NBC's "Last Comic Standing," where he finished third, and consequently starred in his own comedy special "Comedy Central Presents Jeff Dye" in 2010. In addition to his stand-up career, Dye has hosted over 100 episodes of a new game show airing on Fox called “Who the Bleep is that?” and began filming his first feature film, "Stealing Jokes," in spring 2022. He is filming his new comedy special, “The Last Cowboy in LA.” Dye previously hosted two series for MTV, "Numbnuts" and "Money From Strangers," and appeared on "Girl Code."
Dye also starred in NBC’s comedy adventure series “Better Late Than Never,” where he served as the tour organizer for celebrities like William Shatner and George Foreman, and has appeared on episodes of “I Can See Your Voice” and “The Masked Singer” on Fox. He was a recurring cast member on ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" and a correspondent for Spike TV's "Comic-Con All Access 2014." Dye has performed multiple times on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and in Dierks Bentley's award-winning music video "Drunk on a Plane."
In addition to his impressive work on television, Dye is also involved in podcasting. He hosts "Jeff Dye's Friendship Podcast" on the All Things Comedy network and co-hosts the professional wrestling-based podcast "Wrestling with Freddie" with Freddie Prinze Jr. Dye is a recurring guest on "The Greg Gutfeld" show, where his honest and edgy comedic viewpoint is appreciated. Dye’s passion is bringing love and positivity through laughter while maintaining truth to everyone he encounters. His last two albums, “Dumb is Gooder” and “Live From Madison,” are currently playing on Sirius XM and are top 10 albums on the Billboard Comedy Charts.
