Before meeting Grace I bought the Strengths Finder book, read it, and took the online test. As I read off my strengths, I knew I needed to learn more about what they meant and how to use them. I’ve always felt that I had a grasp on what I was good at but I could never clearly define it when someone would ask me. My first meeting with Grace, and the rest of the strengths group, quickly helped me with clarification on who I was and what I was good at. Every time we met, there was an “aha” moment that led to greater understanding. After a few meetings, Grace flipped the focus from how to work with our own individual strengths to how to work with other people’s strengths. This helped me to learn how to better work with management as well as the people that I lead, mentor, and serve. I firmly believe that these are the kind of things can improve workforce retention, efficiency, and happiness. This gave me the confidence I needed to grow and develop into the leader that I am now.

Thank you to the awesome Grace LaConte of LaConte Consulting LLC for appearing as guest speaker in my Health Informatics class today. The students were rivited by her "war stories" from the health informatics field and immediately started researching how they, too, could plan their path to the RHIA certification. She now has a full classroom full of groupies!

Grace was our guest speaker in Healthcare Informatics Class. Her lecture themed on how health organizations decrease their risk or cost. Then she talked more about data safety in health care industry. We were impressed by the evidence based healthcare informative issues that she presented. Later, she answered all of our further questions with patience and details. Her lecture inspired me so much. Because I cannot imagine that, technology is playing such a significant role in healthcare nowadays. The lecture did open my eyes. She is one of the best instructors I would recommend.

I want to extend a HUGE thank you to Grace LaConte for the staff development training she conducted for Orchards Curves. Grace helped us better understand our individual strengths and unique personality characteristics in addition to exploring our strengths as a staff unit. We now have a better understanding of where we are strong and where we may need to make some changes to be even stronger. Not only did we learn a lot, but my staff loved it! Grace brings a wealth of information, strong intuition and a fun and interactive coaching style.
