Dr. Myella Leiba is an award-winning author, business entrepreneur, and modern leader celebrated for her achievements in technology and leadership. Honored with the Women of Color in Technology Rising Star Award and the Black Engineer of the Year Modern Day Technology Leader Award, Dr. Leiba brings exceptional expertise and a passion for transformation to every endeavor.
Dr. Leiba holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, a Master of Liberal Arts in Management from Harvard University Extension, and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California. Her research focuses on the value minority executive leaders bring to STEM corporations.
