Corey Taylor Biography
Corey Taylor, known for his vocals in the bands Slipknot and Stone Sour, has been a key player in the rock and heavy metal music scene since the late 1990s. His involvement with Slipknot began in 1997, a collaboration that has since resulted in numerous albums. These include "Slipknot," which went double platinum, and "Iowa," a chart-topper on the UK Albums Chart. With Stone Sour, which he co-founded, Taylor has released albums such as "Stone Sour" and "Come What(ever) May," both of which garnered significant recognition. Taylor also embarked on a unique venture with the concept double album "House of Gold & Bones," augmenting the musical project with a four-part comic book series published by Dark Horse Comics.
Taylor has also made strides as a solo artist, releasing his debut studio album "CMFT" in 2020 and following up with "CMF2" in 2023. His solo work has been met with acclaim, with singles such as "Black Eyes Blue" and "Beyond" reaching number one on the US Mainstream Rock chart.
