Bill Eckstrom is the founder and chairman of EcSell Institute, an organization specializing in leadership, coaching, and workplace performance. Eckstrom began his management career at a medical equipment company, advancing to U.S. director of sales within three years. He later served as senior vice president of business development for a publicly traded healthcare organization, where he contributed to significant growth in stock price and sales revenue. In the same year, Eckstrom established EcSell Institute to address the need for data-driven leadership development programs comparable to those available for sales teams.
