Wendy Wood is a behavioral scientist known for her award-winning research on behavior change, especially habits. Her prize-winning book, "Good Habits, Bad Habits," explains the science of habits and why we find them so hard to change.
She is currently president of the Association for Psychological Science and her highly cited research has received numerous recognitions. In the past, she has held positions of Distinguished Behavioral Scientist at the Sorbonne University and INSEAD, Helen Putnam Scholar at the Radcliffe Institute, and James B. Duke Professor of Psychology and Neuroscience at Duke University.
