Tiki Davis is an entrepreneur, author, and motivational keynote speaker who helps audiences lead through adversity, strengthen resilience, and turn setbacks into purposeful action. Through The TIKI Factor, Davis connects an extraordinary personal journey with practical lessons in leadership, entrepreneurship, accountability, and personal growth.
Before age ten, Davis survived a violent attack. He spent much of his early life in foster homes and watched his mother, father, and brother experience incarceration. At 17, while emerging as a standout football player, he was falsely accused and incarcerated for a crime he did not commit. Those experiences inform his candid perspective on identity, confidence, and the mental and emotional weight of adversity.
Davis earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Sul Ross State University. Drawing on engineering experience gained in the West Texas oilfields, he launched a successful consulting business and expanded into real estate investment, residential construction, and ownership of two barbecue restaurants. He became a self-made millionaire before age 35, grounding his message in firsthand experience with navigating uncertainty and executing with discipline.
Mentored by legendary motivational speaker Les Brown, Davis developed The TIKI Factor as a practical framework for turning losses into wins.
