Tiana Allen is a journalist, health practitioner and owner of The Wellness Sanctuary Center for Natural Restorative Therapies.
Respectfully called "Tiana The Teacher", she earned 2 Undergraduate Degrees in Alternative Health and Behavioral Science, 3 Master's degrees, an M.Ed. in Adult Education, Leadership, Learning and Organizational Development, an M.S.-ABA in Clinical Behavior Analysis, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Organizational Psychology, and a Juris Master in American Law.
Allen is a Licensed Health Practitioner, and Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT/CDT), (CAADC) Certified Advanced Addictions Counselor, Anxiety Specialist, Grief & Loss Education, and Crisis Counselor.
Allen works with survivors of domestic, emotional and psychological abuse, along with families and couples. She produces a yearly event for women to discuss emotional wellness, while partnering with DMV organizations. She simply calls this event "Hey Lovely®"
Currently, Hey Lovely® offers a national, behavior based social-emotional learning mentoring program for youth aged 13-24 and young adults 25-34.
Allen also founded nonprofit organization, The Journey Institute of Wellness. TJIW, a hub for Wellness Education.
