Nomi Prins holds a PhD in International Strategic Studies with an emphasis on International Political Economy and is an independent journalist, senior fellow at the non-partisan think tank Demos, speaker, and author of several notable books. Her works include "It Takes a Pillage: Behind the Bonuses, Bailouts, and Backroom Deals from Washington to Wall Street"; "Other People's Money: The Corporate Mugging of America", which was chosen as a Best Book of 2004 by The Economist, Barron's, and The Library Journal; "Jacked: How 'Conservatives' are Picking your Pocket (Whether You Voted for Them or Not)"; and the historical novel "Black Tuesday" about the 1929 crash.
