Coach Morgon Latimore has been on a journey of self-discovery since he returned from the war in Afghanistan. Even after experiencing loss and uncertainty himself, he felt that he owed it to those who had made the ultimate sacrifice to work to become a better person. He began by challenging his mental fitness through endurance sports, starting with short triathlons, but soon that was not enough for him. Digging deeper, he went on to complete IRONMAN events, Ultraman, and an ultra-cycling events.
He became a student of personal growth and self-acceptance and began helping others who also were willing to do the internal work to become higher performers and happier human beings. He has worked with hundreds of clients and organizations through coaching, speaking, and mentoring, teaching that change is doing something differently, but true growth is doing it consistently.
