Matt was an absolute rock star yesterday. We had over 150 people attend and (having had the opportunity to watch the room during his presentation) I can attest he had them captivated from beginning to end! His remarks were well put together and I thought he did an excellent job providing insight into hoarding from a compassionate and educational point of view without condemning the behavior. He was also great about interacting with attendees after the event and I received several praises from patrons who said they really enjoyed his conversational style and received helpful information from his remarks.
