Lazarus Lake, a renowned endurance race designer and director, has made significant contributions to the sphere of ultramarathons. He is the mastermind behind several unique and challenging events, namely the Barkley Marathons, Big's Backyard Ultra, Vol State 500K, and the Strolling Jim 40.
