  Generational Awareness Training is more important today than ever, given the number of people from different generations working alongside one another. Finding a balance between noting and accommodating the apparent generational differences, is crucial for managing a multi-generational workforce. We offer practical tools to increase your generational intelligence.

  This class will help you fulfill the basic needs of your employees; things such as security, stability, and respect. It also gives your employees the ability to acknowledge and embrace their differences while working together towards common business goals.

• Workplace Harassment and Discrimination Prevention

  Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Training focuses on the employer’s affirmative duty to take every reasonable step to provide a workplace free from harassment and discrimination. If you are a business operating in certain states, this training is mandatory.

  The training fulfills the requirements in most states, and specifically California as is required by AB 1825 and SB 1343, for both supervisors and non-supervisors. Employees will come away from the class understanding the types of behavior that constitutes harassment and discrimination as well as with the tools to prevent and correct the behavior.

  Topics Covered:

  • Policy development and implementation

  • Identifying inappropriate behavior pertaining to harassment and discrimination

  • How to conduct investigations and implement corrective actions

  • Specific examples of discrimination based on protected categories, which also includes Gender Identity, Gender Expression, and Sexual Orientation.
