Dr. Julie Wilkes is a leader in organizational psychology, employee experience, and well-being strategy. Born with a congenital heart condition and given a limited life expectancy, Wilkes has focused her career on advancing health, resilience, and purpose in the workplace and beyond.
With more than 27 years of experience at Accenture, Wilkes is recognized for developing the first enterprise-wide well-being roles, which she established through data-driven business cases. She contributed to global initiatives that reached over 750,000 employees and their families in more than 140 countries. Wilkes has also collaborated with institutions such as Stanford University to translate research on stress and resilience into scalable mental health programs.
Wilkes is an entrepreneur, author, and educator. She is the author of "The 7 Life Miracles," and owns several businesses, including aromatherapy product lines, an online life coaching series, and a public speaking academy. She serves as a faculty presenter for well-being modules developed by Stanford University, Thrive Global, Potential Project, and Accenture.
