Erica Cole is the founder & CEO of No Limbits, a trailblazing adaptive apparel brand committed to making fashion accessible for all. After losing her leg in 2018, Cole started altering clothes on her sewing machine and realized firsthand how powerful accessibility in clothing can be. She started No Limbits to bring that independence to others and dedicated herself to redefining the fashion landscape along the way.
After appearing on "Shark Tank" and securing a deal in 2022, Cole has used her newfound platform to not only address inaccessibility in apparel, but to advocate for people with disabilities overall. She has been featured in Fast Company, named Forbes 30 Under 30, and is a 2024 Cartier Women's Initiative Fellow. She is especially passionate about entrepreneurship as a path for disabled people and enjoys mentoring early stage startups.
