Elle Kaplan is an entrepreneur and financial expert known as the CEO and founding partner of LexION Capital, a New York-based fiduciary wealth management firm. Kaplan's path to Wall Street was influenced by a personal experience in college, when her father fell into a coma and she witnessed her mother's challenges managing the family's investments. Kaplan holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan, where she studied English and chemistry, and an executive MBA in finance from Columbia University.
