Known as the co-founder and COO of pioneering women’s media start-up BlogHer Inc., Elisa’s journey as an entrepreneur who raised venture capital and achieved a successful exit as part of an all-women founding team is one only a tiny number of women have been able to replicate. Elisa also served as a senior product executive in corporate tech before BlogHer and a founding CEO of a social-impact focused SaaS company post-BlogHer, and is a thought leader on building inclusive and values-driven companies, communities, coalitions, and communication strategies.

Since leaving BlogHer, Elisa published her debut book, Road Map for Revolutionaries: Resistance, Activism, and Advocacy for All, a handy guidebook providing practical tactics for engaging in everday activism and advocacy at all levels in today’s politically charged environment. The book, published by Ten Speed Press in September 2018, was an Amazon #1 New Release in the Political Advocacy category.
