Dr. Eric W. Hickey has been identified as one of the top 15 active forensic experts in the world and a renown national and international public speaker. He is a faculty member in Walden University’s Forensic Psychology doctoral program and has taught courses on serial and mass murder, criminal paraphilia, sexual predators, crime scene investigations, psychopathy, criminal personalities, arson and fire-setting, threat assessment and risk management, school and workplace violence prevention, and victimology. A consultant to the FBI's UNABOM Task Force, Dr. Hickey assisted in the apprehension of Ted Kaczynski, the nation’s most prolific serial bomber. In the Jeffrey Dahmer case, Dr. Hickey is the only expert to have ever interviewed both his brother and his mother.
