Brady Hahn is strategist and experience designer in the professional development and leadership space. Inherently interested in people, the places they live, how they work, and the things they love, Brady is passionate about bringing strategies and techniques into organizations to build programs focused on healthy collaborative work environments and helping individuals tap into their leadership potential.
Her work includes 200+ activations with 80 brands featuring 2,000 speakers, and reaching over 300k professionals at conferences, networking events and executive trainings across the US, Europe and Asia. A sampling of organizations she has facilitated projects with include Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Mesh Labs, and Social Media Week. She regularly speaks on the topics of human + organizational behavior, leadership, brand positioning, business development, and wellness. Her writing has been featured by Escape The City, RYOTNews, Eventbrite, Social Media Week.
From 2011 to 2014, Brady offered curated events and consultation through Non Profit Effect, a quarterly event series. With partners like DigitalLA and Eventbrite, these events gathered non-profit leaders, board members, start-up's and brands to talk strategies and explore the role of non-profits and socially focused companies in today's society. Speakers hailed from organizations such as, Movember, TOMS, The Trevor Project, It Get’s Better, Upworthy, and GOOD to name a few.
Prior to opening her own shop, Brady served as the Los Angeles Women's Program Manager at Step Up Women's Network, A national 501c3 aimed at empowering women to sharpen their business acumen and grow their personal and professional networks. Responsible for all aspects of professional development programming, fundraising events, and membership recruitment, Brady moderated twice-monthly Power Breakfast's and developed quarterly panels featuring C-suite executives in partnership with UCLA Anderson School of Management and SMARTY.
Before moving to LA, Brady served as the Fundraising, Development & Special Projects Manager at the Pope John Paul II Catholic Academy, a start-up initiative charged with rebuilding private Catholic education in inner-city Boston, Massachusetts. She is also a certified grant writer, having written for a range of non-profits that resulted in awards ranging from $5,000-$100,000+ from grantmakers such as the Open Society Foundations and Caritas Hospitals of Massachusetts.
A student of meditation for over 20 years she has studied with teachers throughout the Himalayas, India, and the US. In addition, she is a certified Reiki Master under Libby Barnett, a facilitator of Council through the Ojai Foundation, and has completed her 200hr Atma Yoga Teacher Training under Saul David Raye. She holds a BA in Philosophy of Science with an emphasis on the mind and perception from Boston University.
