Goldstein, 62, was diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome at age 54 –the diagnosis changed his life both personally and professionally. After decades wearing many hats in the bicycle business, metalsmith supply, manufacturing industry, and years as an independent IT consultant and now at Google, Goldstein is now working to change the perception of autism and neurodiversity as a Neurodiverse Communications Specialist – probably the only one in the world doing specifically what he does. Goldstein also provides training in his Emotional Speaking method which can help anyone improve their communication effectiveness, particularly the monotone, flat affect autistic.
