Dr. Tiffany Jana (they/them) is a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consultant, author, and public speaker whose work has influenced organizational approaches to belonging and equity. Jana is the founder of TMI Consulting Inc., a diversity and inclusion management consulting firm. They led the company's transition to become the first Certified Benefit Corporation with a focus on diversity and inclusion, positioning TMI Consulting as a leader in social enterprise and values-based engagement.
Jana is the co-author, with Matthew Freeman, of "Overcoming Bias: Building Authentic Relationships across Differences" and, with Ashley Diaz Mejias, of "Erasing Institutional Bias: How to Create Systemic Change for Organizational Inclusion." Jana also co-authored the second edition of "The B Corp Handbook" with Ryan Honeyman, contributing a perspective centered on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
